Hello and thank you for for your interest. For sale is a Brand NEW 24 foot round/ 52 inch high Above the Ground Swimming Pool Package.
The pool is made by Swim-n-Play and is manufactured with a hot dipped galvanized steel wall strengthened with deep corrugation and 8" heavy duty top seats. The ledges and verticals are textured Acryl-Lac® coating for extra weather protection and Crystex coated universal top and bottom steel rails and plates for a longer pool life. This pool also comes with stainless steel hardware. There are items in the listing I do not have pics for due to ebay standards but they are included. The Deluxe xxxx adds style to your backyard. This is a very solid pool and a great package deal.
The package comes with the Deluxe xxxx Swimming pool with all parts and hardware, CHOICE of beaded Liner 25 ml, a Waterway 150 sq.ft. Cartridge Filter with 1.5 horsepower - 2 speed pump, Maintenance Kit ( Thermometer, Maintenance Pole, 30 ft. Vacuum Hose, Vacuum Head, Wall Brush, Leaf Skimmer, Chemical Test Kit), Wide Mouth Skimmer, Return and Face Plate Cover Kit, Confer Barrier A-frame Ladder, and a 12 ml solar cover (not pictured) and a pool alarm. Information you should be aware of :
Most pools on the internet will offer you a package with a lesser gauge liner, a sand filter and a lesser quality type pool. They also do not give you a choice in liner and they do this at a very cheap price. Remember you get what you pay for. The package I put together is of great quality and value for your money.
I have been in the pool business for over 20 years. All of the items are brand new and ship directly to your home. Items are shipped directly from my distributor. Items come with factory warranties and guaranteed shipping. Swimming pool should be installed by a professional to ensure a quality product for years to come. If you need installation instructions I can email them to you. Please make sure to install the swimming pool on as close to perfectly level ground as possible. The excavated level area, packed down, should measure at least 30 foot around for a 24 foot round pool. Excavation by a professional may be required and is recommended. Make sure you call 811 and follow their timeline in relation to excavating the pool site, as they are to mark for any underground utility before you start any groundwork or installation.
Please make sure to check with your towns regarding building/installation permits BEFORE purchasing. The purchaser is solely responsible for all town permits and requirements. The purchaser is expressly encouraged in following all safety procedures and take precautions regarding your new above ground pool. Do NOT open the liner box or any other box with any sharp objects. The seller is not responsible for any careless action in regards to shipping, unloading, opening, or installing any of the products sold. All electrical is the sole responsibility of your chosen electrician. All manufacturer warranties are in place and no other warranties are implied. Please make sure you fill out and mail back any warranty card. Do not use any item for anything other than its manufactured use. If item is damaged in shipping please contact me asap so we can resolve the issue, otherwise the Item is sold as is and is final.
